This Skiing Ground was opened more than 30 years ago and is known as the ski resort suitable for a family. It has the beginner’s slope to the advanced slope and also a flat area known as the “communication ground” where all family members young to old can enjoy together. There is a hotel called "Highland Hotel" where you can enjoy after skiing with the combination of overnight stay plan or hot spring plan. This is one of the best ski areas in highlands.

It is 5 minutes walk from JR Takayama Lines, Sugihara Station. It is equipped with two lifts, a family slope where the family members can play with the snow and ski slopes that can be enjoyed by everybody, from beginners to advanced skiers. There is the “Hida Cartoon Book Country” where you can choose to read from over 40,000 Japanese cartoon books and “Only Hot Spring”. There are discounts with the lift ticket plan and hot spring plan. Your family can have a lot of fun even after skiing.

Splendid location you can overlook the Japanese Northern Alps, 830m-1217m (2723-3993 ft) in altitude . The ski slopes are equipped with three two-person lifts and one single-person lift. There is wide range of slopes from flat, medium to 35 degrees trail slope. It is the ski area everybody from the beginners to advanced skiers can enjoy.
